In a built-up area of St Lawrence on the site of two large houses Fluid Architecture have designed a scheme for six homes of varying sizes and styles, befitting of an area that already has a disparate architectural nature. Using predominantly local materials in both a modern and traditional way Fluid Architecture have produced a scheme that embraces a future of  domestic architecture in Jersey, sitting comfortably within its context. All of the houses are generously proportioned with gardens, parking and private drive with gated access, to heighten the sense of privacy and security.
